Parts requiring multiple operations: Combined milled and turning.
With 45 employees, 8 Horizontal Machining Centers, 5 Vertical Machining Centers, 15 CNC Turning Centers, and an experienced fixture and work-holding department, Belrick tends to excel on parts requiring multiple machining operations.
Six of our turning centers have live tooling, allowing simpler milling operations to be performed in the same operation.
Our twin spindle turning center has Y axis milling and C axis spindle rotation, allowing for more efficient live milling and the ability to machine features that are off center.
Decades of experience in work-holding and fixture design allow us to move parts from turning to subsequent milling operations, or vice versa, without loss of accuracy.
Belrick Corp. has worked with a large array of raw materials including, but not limited to: Low carbon, alloy, stainless, and tool steels; high temperature SS alloys, aluminum, titanium, zinc, bronze, copper, cast iron, ductile, and plastics.
